Why Kaikala Satyanarayana didn't watch Khaidi?

Chiranjeevi and Kaikala Satyanarayana shared a very good relationship for decades. Kaikala even produced few films of Megastar on his home banner. So, Everyone expected him to watch the comeback flick of 'Khaidi No.150'. However, That didn't happen and the veteran himself shared why it is so in his recent interview.

Kaikala Satyanarayana: 'Chiru didn't invite Me for the screening. Why should we go uninvited? People in theaters won't allow us to see the movie with the hungama they do. But, The situation is different in case of Balakrishna. He personally called each one of us and arranged a special screening of 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' for all the veteran artistes. In those days, We have this tradition of holding previews in Madras after the completion of the movie. But now, The Heroes don't even consider holding a special show for Old Artistes. What will they lose with a single screening? Such things give so much happiness to the Old Artistes. I had discussed about it with everyone, including Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna and Nagarjuna. But, Nobody cared!'.

At least, Senior Heroes like Chiru, Nag and Venky need to lead by example by holding special screenings of their films for Veterans.
