Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan went through a painful time with the alleged drugs racket involving his son Aryan Khan. All these days, Shah Rukh Khan did not speak a single word on the issue and remained tight-lipped. Aryan Khan was granted bail after spending nearly one month in jail.
Shah Rukh Khan who maintained silence in the issue is now said to be gearing up to take legal action against the intelligence agency Narcotics Control Bureau(NCB) that arrested his son in the drugs case without proper evidence and information that proves him guilty.
After taking the inputs and suggestions from his legal team, Shah Rukh Khan had reportedly decided to wage a legal war against Sameer Wankhade and a few others who were responsible for the arrest of Aryan Khan. If the same appears to be true then we might see new developments in the case.
After the alleged drugs racket came to the limelight, the Narcotics Control Bureau(NCB) and former NCB officer Sameer Wankhade have been facing a lot of criticism. If Shah Rukh Khan moves the court against the NCB then the agency will face a lot of issues.
Earlier last week, the Bombay High Court had ramped the NCB for arresting Aryan Khan without proper evidence. During the arguments, the High Court opined that the WhatsApp conversations of Aryan Khan with others did not contain any objectionable evidence.
