Star music composer Thaman is undoubtedly the number one in Tollywood right now. He is in amazing form at the moment and everything he touches is turning into gold. He is giving successful blockbuster albums and is working on huge projects like Shankar-Ram Charan film, Balayya-Gopichand film, Mahesh-Trivikram project, 'Godfather', '#NBK108', 'Varasudu', 'Prince' and others.
He turned into a hot property right after delivering his best album like 'Ala Vaikunthapuramlo'. His work on background scores for 'Akhanda' too was praised by many. The star composer who is busy with multiple big projects in his hands right now is receiving a lot of heat from not just the audience but also the filmmakers. He had a dip in form recently as his work in 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' is quite below par according to many. He did not give hit songs for 'Bheemla Nayak' too and his latest song from 'Prince' movie named 'Bimbiliki Pilapi' sounded so monotonous despite the high-energy beats.

There are reports that Chiranjeevi's 'Godfather' team are suffering a lot because of this. Megastar himself stated at an event that Thaman has not readied the music for 'Godfather' teaser though it will be releasing in one or two days. Rumours are that he even delayed giving the tune for Chiru and Salman song. As we know, people pointed out the similarities between the background score of 'Godfather' and the first song of Varun Tej's 'Ghani'. It went to the notice of Chiru too according to reports.
There is a talk that even Balakrishna and Gopichand were made to wait for two more days before shooting a song because of Thaman. While we don't know the reasons behind this, experts are stating that the 'Kick' composer needs to rectify this as quickly as he can. Gossipmongers whisper that Thaman would not have gotten #SSMB28 project if not for Trivikram as the superstar was not happy with Thaman's work in his previous film.
