Suriya & Boyapati Srinu teaming up very soon for a film?

amil superstar Suriya is currently awaiting the theatrical release of his forthcoming commercial potboiler which is being dubbed and released in Telugu as ET. This film is up for theatrical release on the 10th of this month and the makers are aggressively promoting the film in Tamil Nadu and as well as the twin Telugu states.
Suriya even attended the pre-release event of ET which was held in Hyderabad and he spoke at length about how he admires Telugu cinema and added that the Telugu audience are the ones who are paving the way for films following the onset of the Covid pandemic.
Incidentally, speaking at the pre-release event of ET, Boyapati Sreenu said he will be directing Suriya for a film sooner or later. "I don't know when, but I will definitely direct Suriya for a film.
This project will materialize soon after I turn available and Suriya too turns available. But what I can say for certain is that we are collaborating for something big. This project will definitely happen and there are no two ways about it."
Well, Boyapati has directly confirmed that he will indeed be collaborating with Suriya for a commercial potboiler. Well, Boyapati has bee trying to direct Suriya for a long time now but he was unable to find a suitable script that has what it takes to impress Suriya.
Now that Akhanda is a blockbuster, Boyapati landed another film which has Ram in the lead role. If this film too becomes a blockbuster, then we can expect Boyapati to lock Suriya for his next proejct. So, a lot depends on Boyapati's next with Ram Pthineni. This project will hit the floors very soon.
Meanwhile, Suyia has currently lined up a couple more Tamil projects after ET. He is ready to star in a straight Telugu film if he gets the right script.
