'Legend' is the biggest commercial success in the career of Balakrishna. This power-packed entertainer collected a share of over Rs 40 crore.
For Balayya's 100th Movie 'Gautamiputra Satakarni', Almost Rs 70 crore is at stake. While the Production Cost is anywhere around Rs 50 crore, Pre-release Business has touched the Rs 70 crore-mark. Which means, The film have to collect almost double to that of 'Legend' for making the investors happy.
The big relief for Krish & Co. is the possibility of obtaining Entertainment Tax exemption for both AP and Telangana Governments. Already, Balakrishna is part of TDP Government and hence the job will be done easily. He also maintains good relations with KCR and the Telangana CM was invited for the launch of his 100th movie as well. So, Even attaining Tax Exemption here willn't be a difficult at all. In that way, 'Gauthamiputra Satakarni' will have an edge over 'Khaidi No.150'.
Earlier, Telangana Government has given 15 percent tax exemption to 'Rudramadevi' which is based on Kakatiya dynasty.
