'Adipurush' Gets Ready With 179 Minutes Runtime!

When the teaser of 'Adipurush' was dropped last year, the movie got an immense amount of negativity. No other film has faced this level of damage just with a teaser. It was so much that the makers decided to postpone the film's release for five months and rework on the visuals. Many thought that it would be impossible for the makers to bring any kind of positivity on the movie. But they succeeded in regaining the audience's attention through the super hit 'Jai Shri Ram' song.
The two trailers that released till date have raised expectations on the movie and the pre-release event which was held in Tirupati was a huge success. The movie is all set to hit the screens on 16th June and the buzz is quite high. With no big releases in recent times, the stage is set for 'Adipurush' to set the box office on fire.
Now, the censor formalities have been completed and it was given a clean 'U' certificate by the board. The final cut of 'Adipurush' is 179 minutes long and it is quite huge considering the recent films. With the movie being one minute less than three hours, the film has to be very engaging and tight. Let us hope the film lives up to its expectations.
Prabhas will be seen as lord Ram in this movie and director Om Raut said many times that the 'Baahubali' hero is the perfect choice to play such an iconic role. In this movie, Kriti Sanon will be seen as Sita while Sunny Singh is Lakshmana. Saif Ali Khan played the role of antagonist Lankesh in the movie. T-Series produced this movie which will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
