Mega hero Varun Tej's latest theatrical outing Ghani released in theatres today amidst decent expectations. But Varun wasn't necessarily in full fitness while promoting Ghani and his dedication is said to have left Ghani unit stunned.
Apparently, Varun was suffering from high fever and dehydration while promoting Ghani. He sustained a sunstroke while attending Ghani event in Vizag and was in a bad condition ever since.
However, Varun continued Ghani's promotions by taking salines and this is what stunned the makers of Ghani.
The fact that Varun took salines and medical assistance to continue the promotions of Ghani has left Ghani unit impressed as not often does a mainstream hero goes through so many hardships to promote his film.
As for Ghani, the film is billed to be a boxing drama with a new-age plot. The film is directed by Kiran Korrapati and produced by Allu Bobby and Siddhu Mudda. Varun Tej plays a boxer in the film.
The makers of Ghani are now planning a couple of post-release promotional campaigns in order to boost the buzz and hype surrounding the film.
