During the pre-release interviews of âPadi Padi Leche Manasuâ, Hanu Raghavapudi claimed he canât make a film in indoors and hence they will not only take more time to complete but also end up as an expensive projects. This is how he justified Rs 32 crore budget spent on a Love Story.
âPaid Padi Leche Manasuâ managed to collect just Rs 2.5 crore Worldwide on Day 1. There was no big jump in the revenue during the weekend and thatâs ordinary to say the least. Though the Sharwanand and Sai Pallavi-starrer has been doing well in A and B Centre, Recovery wasnât on par with the heavy investment. This project could end up as another cost failure by the end of long run.
Hanu Raghavapudi might lose the trust of Producers if he doesnât improve the success rate (1 Above Average, 3 Flops). A Wake Up Call Indeed..!
