NTR is legendary actor in Telugu Cinema and he is a politician who could give an alternative to Congress in Telugu state(s).
He took inspiration from Tamil Nadu where regional parties dominated the scene and made his own manifesto with then young politicians who did not like Congress and Indira Gandhi, mainly after emergency.
For such an historic personality, when his story is being made as a film, people should be interested in knowing his hardships and decision making process, as it could turn out to be inspirational and aspirational.
But the kind of collections NTR Kathanayakudu got and NTR Mahanayakudu is getting, we can say that people just rejected the story which is being cooked up as history.
Right from the word go, it was made evident that Nandamuri Balakrishna was evidently making a film that will give him chance to project CBN as a hero and himself as a true heir of NTR, acting and politics wise.
