Balakrishna’s Akhanda 2 Advance Bookings Set Box Office Buzzing

Some storms never really pass, they just wait for their next round. That’s what Akhanda 2 feels like. After shaking the box office with Akhanda, the fiery duo Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu are back, cooking something even louder, bigger, and bolder. Titled Akhanda: The Thaandavam, the sequel is heading for a grand release on December 5, 2025, and fans are already counting days like it’s a festival.

Surprisingly, the noise started overseas. The advance bookings in the USA opened up recently, and within a few hours, tickets started flying. The film has already collected around $30,000 from premiere pre-sales alone. Not bad for something that hasn’t even begun its full-blown promotions yet. Once the first single drops on November 14, expect that number to shoot up fast. Everyone knows what happens when Balayya and Boyapati team up, chaos, action, and that signature roar on screen.

The team looks interesting too. Samyukta steps in as the female lead, and little Harshaali Malhotra from Bajrangi Bhaijaan is making her Telugu debut, which adds a nice touch. The music is by Thaman, who somehow always finds the right beats to match Balayya’s madness. The film is being produced by Raam Achanta and Gopinath Achanta under the 14 Reels Plus banner, with M Tejaswini Nandamuri presenting it.

With bookings heating up and the buzz spreading fast, Akhanda 2 already feels like a storm waiting to hit theatres. If the teaser and songs land right, December might just belong to Balayya again, and fans wouldn’t have it any other way.
