Now Nandamuri Balakrishna has taken a big step by giving up a part of his house for road expansion work near KBR Park in Hyderabad. His decision now has attracted attention because the house has a special connection with his father, legendary actor and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR).
Balakrishna has donated around 862.77 square yards of land from his residential property to the government. He has not even asked for any money in return. His decision shows his support for road development and public needs.
This house means much more than a property to the Nandamuri family. NTR gave this house to Balakrishna in 1982. The legendary actor also held several important meetings in this house. Many memories of NTR remain connected to this place.
For Balakrishna, leaving this house or giving up a part of it may not be easy. It is a known truth that home always xarries memories of family, special moments and important events. Giving up a part of a house that his father gave him makes this decision even more emotional.
But Balakrishna has chosen to support the road expansion project and he also haven't expected any financial compensation for the land.
The road expansion work around KBR Park aims to improve traffic movement in the surrounding areas. Balakrishna is reportedly building another house in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. He may move to the new house soon. Whatever it is , Balakrishna decision is making everyone once again discuss about his kindness.
