Vishwak Sen and I share a close bond: Balakrishna

Vishwak Sen, known for his evolving performances, joins Anjali and Neha Shetty in Gangs of Godavari, a gripping gangster tale directed by Krishna Chaitanya. The music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Produced by S Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas and presented by Srikara Studios, the film hits theaters on May 31.

Before its release, the movie's grand pre-release event took place with Nandamuri Balakrishna and a tribute to NTR on his 101st birth anniversary.

Balakrishna, launching the song Giri Giri, extended his wishes to the team, saying, "I remember my father NTR today. I wish Gangs of Godavari's producers, Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya, all success. The movie banner is nurturing many talents."

Expressing his thoughts, Balakrishna said, "Vishwak Sen and I share a close bond. Gangs of Godavari looks promising, and I wish the director and actors the best. The film promises to be a blockbuster."

Vishwak Sen expressed gratitude towards the film, saying, "Gangs of Godavari is crucial for me. Despite challenges, I'm thankful for the support from Balakrishna. Five years after Falaknuma Das, I'm glad for the journey and fan support."

"Gangs of Godavari allowed me to explore as an actor," he added.

Director Krishna Chaitanya emphasized the importance of the film, mentioning, "We began with NTR's blessings. I thank Balakrishna for attending. Yuvan Shankar Raja's music and the performances will be highlights."

Producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi remarked, "NTR's influence is profound. Vishwak Sen's career will soar with this film." Neha Shetty added, “Balakrishna has always supported young talent. Sithara Entertainments has been a home away from home. The film is going to be a feast for all. Krishna Chaitanya has always told me that action speaks louder than words and I’m sure Gangs of Godavari will resonate with crowds. Vishwak Sen has been a supportive co-star and it was a delight working with him. I enjoyed performing alongside Anjali in a handful of sequences. We gave it our everything and I’m sure of its prospects at the box office.”Anjali expressed her gratitude for the opportunity and praised her co-stars.
