Directed by Macha Saikishor and written by Gopi Mohan, this movie boasts a stellar cast, consisting of Chetan Krishna, Hebba Patel, Sai Kumar, Vennela Kishore, Vinay Varma, and Benarjee, under the banner of Friday Frameworks Pvt. Ltd., produced by M.S. Ram Kumar.
Hero Chetan Maddineni expresses his pain about the allocation of theatres for the movie Dhoom Dhaam.
He said "Only a few theatres are left there in Hyderabad this season, and some theatres have also given preference to another small dubbed movie. This week, 7-8 Telugu movies are releasing. I wouldn't have bothered or felt sad if at least one of the theatres had given preference to any Telugu movie, but why are dubbed movies being prioritized over regional Telugu films? This has made me sad. We need to promote our local Telugu movies as Telugu people and give them preference. The movie that was given preference has already released last week in its regional language, while my Telugu movie Dhoom Dhaam isn't getting the same support. I’m feeling sad and scared because I struggled for eight years to get here and promote my movies. I did many things, like making short films on my iPhone, and I struggled a lot to get my break. Finally, when I was able to give my best, how will I prove myself if I can't get any theatres?"
But distributors choose movies based on which trailers impress them and which films they believe can generate money. This means the Dhoom Dhaam team has to work harder to promote their movie. If the film receives positive talk, only then will distributors come to take the movie and put it in theatres.
