Megastar Praises Varun's Versatility & Expresses His Proudness!

The upcoming Friday is going to be a litmus test for Mega Prince Varun Tej. His much-awaited 'Operation Valentine' is all set to hit the screens on 1st March. The songs, teaser and trailer raised the expectations on this aerial action thriller. Varun Tej will be seen as a fighter pilot in the movie and he claims that it is a tribute to the Indian soldiers. He is aggressively promoting the movie and the pre-release event was a grand affair with Megastar Chiranjeevi arriving as the chief guest.

Speaking at the event, Chiranjeevi said, "I feel proud to attend this event, given this patriotic film is about India's strong counter to the Pulwama Attack incident. Shakti who made the movie on a moderate budget with such grand visuals is an inspiration for upcoming filmmakers. As the incident took place on February 14, I felt very sensible when Varun said that the name of the film was 'Operation Valentine'. Director Shakti Pratap did not come here with the intention that there are opportunities in Telugu, there will be good remuneration and he can settle down as a commercial director."

He added, "He made a short film on surgical strike at his own expense of around five lakhs. The Indian Air Force was surprised to see it. Officials encouraged him saying that they will provide more information if he makes a film. This content is amazing with the information they gave. I was informed that the movie has come out well. Films like Operation Valentine need to be encouraged. Varun Tej is showing his versatility by picking different scripts. This, I think, is the first Telugu movie on airstrikes."

Varun Tej stated, "Megastar Chiranjeevi graced the occasion and it means the world to us. Shakti Pratap is a very passionate filmmaker who is going to show the heroics of Indian Air Force officials in the movie. While we do our best to protect our families, the soldiers sacrifice many things and fight for the nation at the border. Operation Valentine is a small chapter to portray their greatness. Every Indian should watch the movie. Thanks to every artist who worked in this movie. Mickey J Mayer gave the best music. Fighter Vijay Master, Editor Naveen Nooli, and DOP Hari all did a great job. Manushi Chillar is the heroine while Ruhani Sharma had a vital role to play in this film. Ali Reza and Navdeep play important characters while Mickey J Meyer gave the music.
