Re release Shot With AI: Superstar Not Happy!

It has become increasingly common for cult classic films to arrive in theatres again in the form of re releases. Incidentally, even Bollywood has started this culture, and it is grabbing the attention all over.

However, South superstar Dhanush is least happy with this prospect as his cult film Raanjhanaa 2 prepares for re release. But the crucial change here is that the film is going to be released in theatres again with a modified climax, which is going to be generated through artificial intelligence.

Dhanush has voiced strong criticism against the AI-altered re-release of Raanjhanaa, which replaced the original tragic ending with a happy one. He stated that the film has lost its soul and that this version does not represent the story he committed to 12 years ago.

Dhanush also revealed that he had clearly objected to these changes, but his concerns were ignored. He believes such AI alterations set a dangerous precedent for the creative industry, undermining the original artistic vision.

It is evident that Dhanush is completely against the usage of artificial intelligence to rematch the footage that was shot earlier and release the film again with an alternative climax.

This could be a trend in Indian cinema from now on, and it has to be seen if other superstars would also react like Dhanush to the same. It has to be seen what kind of changes this artificial intelligence will be bringing to Indian cinema from now on.
