Courtroom Drama Due Date Begins with Pooja

The upcoming Telugu film Due Date was launched with a grand pooja ceremony on Wednesday in Hyderabad. The movie is a commercial courtroom drama and is based on a burning social issue. The launch event was attended by many well-known personalities from the Telugu film industry.

The film is being produced by Eluru Srinu, who is widely known in the industry as a PRO and journalist. He has joined hands with producer Pawan Tarigopula to produce the movie under the Varshish Studios banner. The film is directed by Anand K. The lead roles are played by Lomesh Pudipeddi and Jayashree. Important roles in the film are played by Praneetha Patnaik, Vikshani, Chandu, and several other actors.

The muhurtham shot was filmed during the launch ceremony. Popular director Maruthi gave the ceremonial clap, while successful producer Bunny Vas switched on the camera. Producers SKN, Dheeraj Mogilineni, and Vamsi Nandipati handed over the script to director Anand K as part of the traditional launch event.

Several film personalities attended the ceremony, including directors Vijay Kanakamedala and VI Anand, along with many producers, directors, and guests from the Telugu film industry. Their presence made the event more special and memorable for the entire team.
