Investigating a luxury car smuggling network that brought vehicles into India through the Bhutan border, the Customs Preventive Department has questioned him for 7 hours straight on another day.

Later, the Mahanati star went to the Court, and got the vehicles released after a bank guarantee was provided. However, the court ordered the star to produce the vehicles whenever investigators need them, and directed him not to take them out of the state.
