4 Movies In The Pipeline Despite Having 5 Years Gap!

Harish Shankar is one of the top directors in Tollywood who is known for his commercial entertainers. He handles remakes in a unique fashion. He adds his own changes to the script and churns out blockbusters. His 'Gabbar Singh' and 'Gaddalakonda Ganesh' are perfect examples of it. He is called a remake specialist in Tollywood.

Harish's last movie was in 2019 and it is 'Gaddalakonda Ganesh'. It has been nearly five years since the movie's release. He waited for Pawan Kalyan all these years. He changed script a couple of times and finally began 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh' last year. It is a remake of 'Theri' and it is halfway through the production stage. Now, Pawan is busy with politics again.

The movie has been kept on hold for now and it may restart once the election fever dies down. In the meanwhile, he is making 'Mr Bachchan' with Ravi Teja. Produced by People Media Factory, this movie is a remake of the Hindi film 'Raid'. There are good expectations on it.

He will focus on 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh' after releasing Ravi Teja's flick. Even before finishing these two, Harish Shankar lined up another two projects. One of them is a movie with Megastar Chiranjeevi under People Media Factory banner. There is a talk that it may begin after Chiru wraps up 'Vishwambhara'.

Reports claim that he even got a nod from Nandamuri Balakrishna. Produced by KVN Productions, the announcement regarding this project will be arriving soon. Despite the five-year gap, Harish now has four movies in the pipeline. Let us hope these movies turn out to be successful.
