Box office: Siddhu Must Prove Himself Outside Tillu

The comical franchise of DJ Tillu made Siddhu Jonnalagadda, what is today. This historic comical entertainers sculpted the career of Siddhu, and he is currently one of the most promising young talent in Telugu Cinema.

However, there is a lot of retribution associated with Siddhu as the responsibility is on himself to prove himself outside the world of Tillu. A similar attempt was made with his latest film, which has been title Jack, which released in theatres on April 10.

Considering the fact that this film is releasing after Siddhu had earlier delivered 100 crore film with Tilly Square, there was a lot expected from this film. However, Siddhu simply could not pull the audience to theatres with this mediocre film, which went nowhere at the box office.

The film opened very poorly in the Telugu states and also in the United States of America, which could perhaps be a result of the poor promotions and marketing that was done for the film. Siddhu can’t be blamed entirely for this film as he tried his best through the promotional campaign.

But the issue was that the film was not marketed well, and there were no chartbuster songs to pull the audience to the theatre. In fact, not many people are even aware of the fact that the film released in theatres on April 10.

This occasionally happens with mid Hero films, but this is the last thing that Siddhu would have expected after having delivered a historic blockbuster in the form of Tillu Square.

Start focusing on his career now and put an effort to prove himself outside the safe barrier of Tillu. It is affect that he built the world of Tillu brick by brick by himself, but he must also prove himself outside this world and approve that he can bring the audience to the theatre entirely on his face value.
