Lack Of Buzz On Weekend Releases Worrying Buyers!

Last weekend was filled with noted movie releases like 'Mr Bachchan', 'Double Ismart', 'Thangalaan' and 'Aay'. Though the weekend collections were good, these movies failed to bring crowds during the weekdays. There are some intriguing releases during this weekend too. But most of them are small films and we all know that small films like 'Committee Kurrollu' and 'Aay' did well in August.

'Demonty Colony 2' is arriving with a very low buzz. The successful Tamil horror flick was released in Telugu on the 23rd and the premieres generated a decent talk. We need to see if this helps the movie in getting good numbers on the opening day or not. There are other releases like 'Revu', 'Brahmavaram', 'Yagna' and 'Wedding Diaries'. All 4 of them failed to get the public's attention. Not many know that these films are coming this weekend.

Hollywood flick 'Alien Romulus' and Parakramam' are arriving too and people are not even aware of them. The only film carrying a bit of buzz is 'Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam'. The promos and entertainment generated a positive impression on the film. Rao Ramesh playing the main character too is a huge advantage. On top of everything, getting Icon Star Allu Arjun and Sukumar as chief guests for the pre-release event is a masterstroke.

The film is being talked about a lot and it is mainly due to Icon Star's craze. With everything looking in favor of 'Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam', let us wait and see how things turn out during the weekend.
