Naga Vamshi Reveals Daaku Maharaaj Prequel Plans

Nandamuri Balakrishna's Daaku Maharaaj is performing well at the box office now. The film was released today and has been doing well in both the Telugu states. The film opened to a positive response from one and all in the USA. And then, the film opened to a hit talk in the Telugu states too.

During the blockbuster press meet today in Hyderabad, the film's producer Naga Vamshi opened up saying that they are planning to do a prequel to the film. The media asked him if they would be planning a sequel for the film, since it has become a hit.

Naga Vamshi then told that they do not intend to make a sequel but has the plans to do a prequel for the film. Based on a statue that is showcased in the film, the makers wanted to come up with a successful prequel with a different hero. Balakrishna might not be a part of the movie, as per the statement given by the producer.

Directed by KS Ravindra, the film has music scored by Thaman.
