During the pre-release event of his son Varun Tej's 'Operation Valentine', Naga Babu made some controversial comments on the stage which led to a bit of criticism.
Quick to accept his fault, Naga Babu issued an apology. He wrote, “In the recent pre-release event of Varun Babu's 'Operation Valentine', I said that watching six feet three inch tall people playing a police character rather than a five feet three inch short people. I am taking back those words. If anyone got hurt by those words, I'm really very sorry. It came randomly but not as wanted words, I hope everyone will understand and forgive me. Yours Naga Babu.”
