A Producer Is Like A Father… Not Good To Make Comments On Him!

A movie is an amalgamation of efforts of hundreds of people. But all of this comes together and happens only when there is funding. The money comes from the producer. He is the reason for a movie being made but he always comes last. He comes last during the title cards and he will get the least credit when it succeeds and he will get profits at last only after everyone gets cleared of their dues.

If a director is the mother of a movie, the producer is like a father. But people are passing bad comments on the producer these days. Some say that a few producers don't even know how to make films and even use harsh hashtags along with abusive language to blame them. But producers need to be appreciated for still investing in movies despite having only a 4% success rate.

Every filmmaker wants to please the audience who paid money to enter the theatres. Every producer wants to be in that 4% who scores hits but it is not in their hands. All they want is to be successful, entertain people and gain money. No one will make a movie if they know how it turns out. Everyone puts in 100% effort wanting the film to be a success.

People watch movies hoping that they will be good and it is the same hope with which the producers make films. The industry needs to survive and it needs producers to make movies irrespective of the result. They are the reason why many people make a living and there is no employment in the film industry if not for the producers. This is why the producer should not be blamed even if the film fails or succeeds.

It is not right to comment badly about their production houses. We need to understand that they are the ones who are feeding many in the industry. A lot of people depend on them and it is not right to criticise a producer if one film from their banner fails. They get all the blame and loss while he doesn't have anyone to point the finger at.
