YCP Boycotts Laila: Makers Call For Press Meet

The makers of Vishwak Sen�s upcoming film, Laila held a grand promotional event in Hyderabad last night, and it was attended by other than megastar Chiranjeevi as the chief guest. The event, even had few other lead actors and crew associated with the film on stage.

However, this was when something unnecessary happened as veteran Telugu actor Prudhvi Raj committed a major blunder on stage. He ended up delivering a political statement against YSR Congress while speaking at the event.

While delivering this speech, the mentioned Telugu actor cited one reference to the film and it had an obvious political implication. � There was this one time while we were filming for this film when I got to see 150 goats in one place. Then, towards the end of the shoot, I could only see 11 goats.� He said.

This immediately triggered the YSR Congress ecosystem as they felt that Prudhvi was targeting their party, which went from 150 seats in Andhra Pradesh assembly to 11 seats in the recent election. The social media groups affiliated with YSR Congress, were hugely triggered with this statement, and they stated that they are going to boycott the film.

However, in a reciprocated measure from the makers of this Vishwak Sen film, it is communicated that they�re going to address the media this afternoon to settle the controversy. The makers will be extensively discussing the topic related to the comments that have triggered YSR Congress ecosystem at the Leela pre-release event.

This team will be a very generic one, and the team will be addressing the controversy surrounding the same.
