Rana To Become Dhuryodhana In 'Kalki 2898 AD'!

'Kalki 2898 AD' is all set to hit the screens this Thursday and everyone are quite hyped about this movie. Without even having a pre-release event in Hyderabad, the team managed to get a huge buzz across the nation. The stardom of Prabhas paired with the presence of legendary actors like Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan raised the expectations.

The promotional content that came out till date made sure that the audience are pumped up about this movie. Nag Ashwin has created a whole new world and set the film in a dystopian era along with adding a mythological touch to it. The bookings have been phenomenal and it is expected to get at least 200 crores worldwide on its opening day.

We know that there are going to be special cameos from Vijay Deverakonda, Dulquer Salman, Mrunal Thakur and others. But the latest rumour suggests that Rana Daggubati will also be seen in the movie. Rana has been a part of Comic Con last year and also hosted the pre-release press meet held in Mumbai. There is a talk that Nag Ashwin made him play Dhuryodhana's role in the Mahabharat portions.

We will only get to know the facts when the movie hits the screens. Prabhas will be seen as Bhairava while Kamal Haasan will play the role of Supreme Yashkin. Amitabh plays the role of Ashwatthama while Deepika will be seen as Sumathra who carries Kalki in her womb. The world of 'Kalki' consists of three cities namely Kashi, Shambala and Complex. Santosh Narayanan gave the music while Ashwini Dutt produced this film on a budget of 600 crores.
