Shekar Master Regrets Balakrishna’s Dance Step

Now, after a long gap, Shekar Master has spoken about the same dance move. In a recent interview, he said that he regrets creating that particular step for Daku Maharaj. He explained that the sequence was designed according to the mass nature of the song.

Shekar Master said that he did not expect the audience to understand the step in a different way and that it would become controversial. He also revealed that many people did not know that he was the choreographer behind that particular dance move.

His comments have once again brought the old controversy into the spotlight. While admitting his regret is being seen as a positive step, the controversy around the choreography has not completely disappeared.
