25000 new voters in Munugode in last two months?

Has the ruling TRS hurriedly enrolled around 25000 voters in Munugode to tilt the balance in favour of party candidate Kusukuntla Prabhakar Reddy? Has it gone on an enrolling spree within the last two months just before the poll notification was issued? The BJP strongly believes that the TRS has done so. It has knocked the doors of the Telangana High Court on the issue.
The BJP has alleged that the TRS has enrolled 25000 new voters in just August and September. There were a large number of applications seeking enrolment under Form 6. The BJP approached the high court saying that this illegal enrollment was done with a view to alter the election result and termed it illegal.
Responding to BJP counsel Rachana Reddy's contention, the High Court expressed shock at the massive enrolment and sought an explanation from the Election Commission. It has asked the EC to provide the details of the applicants for verification. The EC's counsel contended that the final list is not yet out and argued that it was but natural that a large number of new voters get enrolled every year.
He said that the enrollment was being done in a transparent manner and that there was no scope for illegality. Hesaidthat However, the court asked him to provide all the details of the applicants by Friday.
