Big names from a few states were mentioned as the accused in the case and a few people were arrested already. Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was arrested and sent to Tihar jail in connection with the case.
The opposition parties in the nation condemned this and wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi alleging that the central agencies are misused and that what happened with Manish Sisodia was not right. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal alleged that it is a shame how Sisodia is handled.
