AP Assembly brings new Resolution to put members in control?

The Budget session of the Andhra Pradesh state Legislative Assembly was started on a fiery note with the opposition leaders raising their voice in the house. The TDP leaders created a ruckus in the house on the first day of the sessions and Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan had to give his speech amid the slogans.
As a result of the behavior of the opposition leaders, five MLAs were suspended from the house. While the MLAs tried to surround the speaker podium, they were suspended by the Speaker.
With the opposition leaders not leaving any stone unturned to protest in the house against the suspicious deaths in Jangareddygudem, Assembly speaker Thammineni Seetharam is said to have taken a key decision to deal with the protesting legislators who are not letting the sessions happen.
Reports say that a new resolution was brought in the house which says that the members of the house will be disqualified from the very next minute of reaching the Speaker podium. When they try to barge near the podium, they will be disqualified and would be sent out without approval from the house.
While the resolution was tabled by a YCP leader, the speaker is said to have approved the same to clear the road for the suspension of members who try to create a ruckus.
Many believe that the government is not happy with the house getting adjourned every single day with the Telugu Desam Party leaders creating some or the other issues. To put an end to this, the new resolution might have been brought.
It has to be mentioned that the issue of the Jangareddygudem deaths had rocked the Assembly earlier and continues to do so. A few MLAs were suspended already on the grounds of their behavior. Holding them responsible for creating hurdles in the house, they were slapped with a suspension.
Demanding that a detailed discussion should be held on the deaths, the opposition party leaders started their protest in the house. With the leaders not letting the sessions go, they were suspended by the speaker of the house. With the new resolution coming, it's high time that the members be careful in the house or else they might get suspended.
