The Andhra Pradesh government employees who aren't happy with the PRC recommendations are continuing their fight. The protestors have approached the state High Court and the court heard the petition. The court had issued a few directives to the Andhra Pradesh government and adjourned the hearing.

After hearing the arguments of the petitioner, the Andhra Pradesh High Court had reciprocated what it said earlier and made it clear that no recovery should be made from the salaries of the employees. Having said that, the High Court maintained that it will seriously consider if any recoveries are made.

The court heard the petition as today is the date that was given by the court while adjourning the hearing last month. Saying that no recovery should be made, the case was postponed. While hearing the case, the High Court said the same.

While adjourning the next hearing in the case for two more weeks, the Andhra Pradesh High Court had directed the government to hand over the copy of PRC GOs to the petitioner and asked the government to file a counter and PRC Report to the court for the next hearing.

The hearing was adjourned for today by the High Court while hearing a petition that was filed by AP Gazetted Officers Association president K V Krishnaiah. In the petition, he had mentioned that the service benefits were reduced with the PRC recommendations.
