AP High Court Extends The Status quo on Three Capital Till Next Month

In what it could be a brutal shock to the Andhra Pradesh government, the Andhra Pradesh High Court issued interim orders to extend the status quo on three capitals and CRDA bills till September 21st.
The Constitution bench which heard the case granted time for the government to file a counter-affidavit till September 11th and the case is adjourned to September 21st for the next hearing.
The tribunal said that hearings of three capital will be heard on a daily basis from September 21st.
The other day, the Supreme Court refused to hear the petition filed on three capitals and said it can't interfere in the case as the case is going on in High Court and directed the government to deal with the case in the high court itself.
