BJP Leadership Gets Reality Check on T-BJP Chief?

It is always a bigger challenge for the political parties to foray into other states. Mostly the national parties do that. To take the party into the concerned state, the leadership appoints a chief and the capability and efficiency of the chief come in handy as far as the party spreading its wings is concerned. A National party is having a reality check on its pick on the party chief.
Several media reports say that a survey conducted about Bandi Sanjay Kumar, chief of Bharatiya Janata Party for the state of Telangana had shed light on new things and made the Delhi leadership of the saffron party rethink on Bandi Sanjay's post.
It has been widely reported that the majority of the respondents of the survey say that they don't know who Bandi Sanjay is, and he is not a noted face in the rural areas in the state. It is a big shock that a person who is leading the party in the state is not known to people.
Following this, the Delhi leadership of the saffron party is said to have thought about replacing Bandi Sanjay Kumar with a popular face so that it would help the party spread its wings in Telangana, and along with this, the winning chances would also increase.
The party has a few names in mind on who should be made the party chief for the state and the leadership is expected to take a call on this as early as possible. With KCR hinting that he might go for the early polls, the leadership is seriously looking at the matter.
It has to be mentioned here that, earlier there are reports which say that former TRS Minister Etela Rajender, who is now a BJP MLA is in consideration for the post. Now it is said that Etela is one of the front runners for the chief post.
Etela is a strong BC leader and has a good image in the state as he batted for the Telangana movement strongly in the combined state. These factors are working for Etela and we might see a new BJP chief for TS.
