Are we going to see massive changes in the Bharatiya Janata Party in the Telangana wing? Well the reports say yes. The reason behind this is Union Home Minister Amit Shah reportedly inviting the three leaders. Without any prior intimation the three leaders were invited by Amit Shah as per the information.
Political observers say that the reason behind this might be to decide the next Chief of the party for the state of Telangana as the party is not happy with the current leadership. Bandi Sanjay is not up to the mark.
It is known that the Bharatiya Janata Party has its own style of doing things. To regularly evaluate the popularity of the leader the party conducts a survey regularly. The recent survey did not give current chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar good reviews.
Telangana is one of the states in the south and the party wants to spread its wings here. But the current leadership is not what the party expected to be and this is worrying the Delhi leadership reportedly.
Bandi Sanjay has been leading the party for some time and he did not achieve anything big. The BJP lost the recent Munugode by poll despite giving its best and the party did not like it.
The survey conducted recently reportedly said that Bandi Sanjay Kumar is not a popular face among people in the rural areas and the cadre also said they don't know him. The cadre saying this is a big concern. It is also said that Bandi Sanjay Kumar failed to target the ruling TRS aggressively. We have not seen any aggressive attack from the Telangana wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the alleged MLA poaching case.
Amid this the three leaders were reportedly invited for a key meeting by Amit Shah and there are high chances for one of them to get appointed as the chief. Etela Rajender actively took part in Telangana agitation and this might work for him. He is a strong BC leader. Komatireddy Raj Gopal Reddy is also among the favorites as Reddy community is one of the politically strong communities. DK Aruna is a strong leader and she might get the post under women quota.
