BRS conducting surveys in AP to assess political scenario!!

The BRS leadership is said to be showing unusual interest in AP politics. It is also trying to gauge the public mood in the state and to identify favourable seats from where it can contest in 2019. According to sources, KCR is said to have been commissioning a slew of surveys to get a sense of the public mood in AP.
Sources say that the survey teams are trying to ascertain the people's mood on issues like KCR's past comments against the Andhra migrants, the mood of the SCs and BCs towards the BRS and the public pulse on the current politics in Andhra Pradesh. Questions are also being asked about the image of KCR in Andhra Pradesh.
The BRS top leadership feels that both Kammas and Reddys, the two dominant political communities, may not align with the BRS. They would like to back TDP and the YSRCP respectively. Hence, the party is planning to woo the BCs and the SC community. The party is also eyeing the Kapu community despite the presence of Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena.
One major problem area for the BRS appears to be the Krishna-Guntur belt, especially the Amaravati region. The voters of these regions are upset that they have lost substantially due to the bifurcation of the state. They feel he has indirectly played a part in making the realty sector in Amaravati come crashing down.
