Can Navaratnalu alone help Jagan come back to power?

The Jagan government appears to be fairly confident that its flagship programmes like the NavaRatnalu will help it sail through the troubled times in the 2024 elections. But, the internal groupism and bickering among the MLAs is clearly threatening to upset the applecart of the party.
The party and its leaders are making boastful claims that they would unseat Chandrababu in Kuppam and Balakrishna in Hindupur. They are also claiming that they would hand down another humiliating defeat to Nara Lokesh and ensure that there is no Nara-Nandamuri personality in AP Assembly in 2025. However, the party is suffering huge internal disturbances that refuse to get controlled.
For instance the battle for oneupmanship between minister Kakani Govardhan Reddy and former minister Anil Kumar Yadav is all out in the open. Despite Jagan's best efforts, the squabbled continue. In Gannavaram, the sitting MLA and the defeated YSRcP candidate are at loggerheads. The party is deeply divided among Vallabhaneni and Yarlagadda Venkat Rao factions. In Machilipatnam, MP Balashourie and former minister Perni Nani do not see eye to eye.
In Anantapuram's Hindupur too the situation is quite critical. The MLC has become a very divisive figure in the constituency. With just two years to go for the 2024 elections, the party appears to be in a bad shape due to the internal dissensions and rampant groupism. If the situation is so critical, can Navaratnalu and other such welfare schemes ever help the party romp back to power?
