Can Union Minister's Comments Make AP Govt Repair Roads?

Three years after coming to power, the YSRCP is facing a lot of allegations of not doing anything for the state as far as development is concerned. Forget about development, the ruling party could not even repair the roads. In some areas, the road condition is so bad that commuters are seeing hell on earth.
Not just common people even big personalities like former Vice President Muppavarapu Venkaiah Naidu expressed their displeasure on the road conditions. Roads are basic facilities and when they are not in a good position they send a wrong message about the ruling.
Now a Union Cabinet Minister also slammed the roads. Talking about the roads he asked if this is the development model of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's government. Saying that it took more than one hour to cover just 20 km, the Union Minister said it is a punishment to travel on these roads.
He even shared a video of the pathetic road conditions. He even called it a shame that the Andhra Pradesh government ignored the basic needs. Probably no other states would have faced such an experience that the Union Minister slammed the government.
The opposition parties slamming the government on the facilities is one thing and Union Minister slamming the government is one thing. It is high time the state government should focus on developing the facilities. Or else it would be a disaster.
