The European nation Ukraine continues to face aggressive attacks from Russia as the army is bulldozing into one city after another. Ukraine is also teaching the Russian army a lesson by taking on the soldiers and army vehicles. The Ukrainian troops had the upper hand in the ongoing war so far.

Reducing the upper hand Ukraine had got, the Russian army had destroyed a massive plane that belongs to Ukraine. The plane was taken down by the Russian troops while trying to attack the Capital of Ukraine Kyiv.

After reaching the outskirts of the capital city Kyiv, the Russian Army carried out the strikes. The attacks by the Russian troops had destroyed Ukraine's Antonov-225 cargo plane. War-hit Ukraine had confirmed the same and said that the development could not hinder their strongness.

The Ukrainian plane which was destroyed by the Russian troops is not only the largest plane in the country but also the biggest in the world. The plane was named Mriya, which translates to Dream in English.

The official Twitter handle of Ukraine had issued a statement saying that the world's biggest plane Mriya of Ukraine was destroyed by the Russian troops. The war-hit nation had maintained that the plane would be rebuilt and the dream to have a free and democratic nation would also be fulfilled.

"The biggest plane in the world "Mriya"(The Dream) was destroyed by Russian occupants on an airfield near Kyiv. We will rebuild the plane. We will fulfill our dream of a strong, free, and democratic Ukraine,"the nation said in a tweet made in English.

On the occasion, Ukraine Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba had sent a strong message saying that despite having lost the largest plane in the world in the attack, their dream remains the same and Russia cannot destroy the dream of a strong nation and Ukraine shall prevail.

"This was the world's largest aircraft, AN-225 'Mriya' ('Dream' in Ukrainian). Russia may have destroyed our 'Mriya'. But they will never be able to destroy our dream of a strong, free and democratic European state. We shall prevail!" the Foreign Minister said.
