Chandrababu Naidu Slams Attack On TDP Leaders In Assembly!
By: Tupaki Desk | 20 March 2023 8:07 PM ISTThe Assembly sessions in Andhra Pradesh saw intense scenes on Monday with the members of the ruling YCP and opposition TDP fighting. Both parties are playing a blame game on who is the reason behind the fight. The opposition party leaders were suspended for the day by the Speaker of the Assembly House, Thammineni Seetharam.
The ruling YCP is alleging that the opposition party leaders started the fight. However, the opposition party leaders hit back and said that the ruling party is not respecting them and sent them wantedly. The Assembly sessions row is being discussed in state politics.
Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu reacted to the issue and said that what happened in the house is not acceptable and that might have happened at the behest of AP CM Jagan. The opposition leader asked how come the opposition leaders can be sent out without any mistake.
Slamming the attack on TDP leaders in the Assembly, Chandrababu Naidu said that such incidents did not happen in the past and the YCP earned a bad image for that. He even called the attack on the TDP leaders a pre-planned one.
Chandrababu Naidu went on to say that, it is not a Gourava Sabha, but Kourava Sabha, and the people in the state understood what the policies of the ruling party were with the attack on the MLA. "With the physical attack on the MLA right on the floor of the Assembly, the people clearly understood the policies of the YSRCP," Naidu said.
Ruling parties and opposition parties having fights is not a new thing and the trend has been going on for a long time. But many say that things are not going well in Andhra Pradesh and the legislators are not behaving to keep the reputation of politicians.
Be it the leaders using objectionable language to target the opponents or the way they address others, that is not what we expect from the members of the houses. It has to be mentioned here that earlier, the YCP leaders used derogatory language against Chandrababu Naidu's wife Bhuvaneshwari and he burst into tears.
