Congress MP Predicts Possible Alliance with BRS in Telangana!

Who will win the next general elections is the question that is doing rounds in Telangana. The ruling party BRS and the major opposition parties Bharatiya Janata Party and Congress are very confident that they will win the polls and come to power. Of late we have been hearing reports that Chief Minister KCR might go for early polls.

The political experts say that KCR wants to create a 2018-like situation and get the advantage of early polls. While we are yet to get clarity on the early polls, a senior Parliamentarian from Telangana made some key comments on the next elections and predicted that there would be a hung.

Bhuvanagiri Parliamentarian from Congress Komatireddy Venkat Reddy spoke to the media from Delhi and made some key predictions. He said that no party will get 60 seats in the Assembly and hence there will be a hung. Talking about Congress he said that the party would get 40-50 seats if the seniors can work hard.

The senior Congress leader's comments created a new debate. Komatireddy Venkat Reddy said that as no party will get the required number it is going to be interesting to see with which party he would join hands.

Komatireddy Venkat Reddy said that there is no option left for BRS to join hands with Congress. Due to a hung the ruling party will be left with no other option except for joining hands with Congress as both parties are against the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Even if the predictions of Komatireddy Venkat Reddy become true there are a few doubts about the BRS and Congress party joining hands. Congress is not happy with the party as KCR did not stand by his words of merging TRS with Congress.

Chief Minister KCR is aiming at national politics and wants to take on the mighty BJP on the big stage. He is gathering support from other leaders including Chief Ministers of other states. But Congress is distancing itself from the possible third front. If the situation forces both parties to join hands then KCR might take support from Congress for the front.
