The upcoming polls might be a big opportunity for everyone to see new political parties. The Telangana-based TRS already became BRS and is likely to try its luck in the upcoming Karnataka polls. The next elections might be a big step for the BRS to start its journey as a national party.
If everything goes well we might see another party in Karnataka as there are reports that mining baron Gali Janardhana Reddy is reportedly focusing on setting up a new party. Keeping the upcoming general elections in mind, Gali Janardhana Reddy is believed to be working on bringing a new party.
It is said that Gali Janardhana Reddy is not happy with the treatment he is getting in the party and with this, he decided to try his luck by setting up a new party. The bonding between him and the party went for a toss after he was arrested and sent to jail in connection with the mining case.
Since then Gali''s popularity in the party started declining. The alleged cracks between Gali Janardhan Reddy and Transport Minister B Sriramulu is also said to be a reason behind Gali's alleged plan to start a new party. After Gali was arrested, the Gali brothers were not getting importance.
Sriramulu getting groomed by the BJP reportedly added fuel to the issues between the duo. Gali Janardhan Reddy went to Delhi a few times to talk to the big leaders about the issues he is facing. However, he did not get the required response.
All these issues created a space where he wanted to set up a new party. Gali Janardhan Reddy is one of the strong leaders in Karnataka. If he really starts a party, then it will be a big issue for the Bharatiya Janata Party. He can impact the vote percentage of the BJP and the number of seats the party could win.
