DC And RCB Secures Playoff Berth In IPL 2020

Delhi Capitals managed to reach the playoffs in the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Delhi clinched the playoff berth with a 6-wicket win over Royal Challengers. The Shreyas Iyer led side finished second on the points table after the Kieron Pollard-captained Mumbai Indians (MI).
Despite losing to DC, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) also secured the playoff berth after Delhi brought their victory to 19 overs.
If the Sunrisers Hyderabad wins Today match against Mumbai Indians, they will advance to the playoffs by knocking the KKR out of the race. The KKR will have a chance at the playoffs if the Sunrisers lose to MI. If the Sunrisers manages to win then they have a chance to reach the third position while the RCB will stay at 4th position.
In the Qualifier 1 on Thursday, November 5, Delhi Capitals would be facing Mumbai Indians in a quest to make the finals. Virat Kohli's men would be facing either Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) or Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the Eliminator.
