Eatala's mysterious Assam tour: Why, what?

BJP's top leader Eatala Rajender, who wants the national leadership to declare him as the chief ministerial candidate for the Telangana assembly elections, is making some interesting moves. He has recently visited Delhi and as we write this, he is still in Delhi meeting key leaders and discussing Telangana's political scenario, while Bandi Sanjay, the state BJP president, is very much in the state.
He has recently visited Assam. Though souces close to Eatala claimed that this was a personal visit, his sudden tour of Assam has kicked up a lot of interest. Sources say there is a political motive behind the move. Interestingly, the visit comes when the Central leadership of the party is likely to make some key announcements about Telangana by June 10.
More interestingly, Eatala's social media team has got into hyperactive mode. They are churning out memes and posters of Eatala in a big way. Recently, a video of Eatala with famous dialogues from runaway hit KGF playing in the background, was released. This video clip is aimed to create a larger than life persona for Eatala.
Sources say that Eatala is expecting the BJP national leadership to announce him as the chief ministerial candidate. Hence he is planning to project himself as a foil to KCR. These videos and social media posts, according to political watchers, are being used to project him as an alternative to KCR.
