Pandemic Affect: Employees habituated to work from unusual places

The employees working across the fields have adopted the new module and have worked from their homes during the lockdown period. While the module had helped them in rendering their services, it also resulted in the employees developing strange habits.
Home Service providers CraftJack based out of Chicago had carried out a survey to find out the impact the remote work had on the employees and the response from the employees who took part in the study is quite interesting.
The outcome of the survey is that the majority of the employees were habituated to work from unusual places like their beds, couches, and other places. However, a lion share of the respondents has said that they had experienced pain while working from their homes.
To be precise, around 32 percent of the respondents said they render services from the office environment while close to 31 percent are working from their bedroom. On the other hand, as much as 45 percent of the respondents work from the couch set up followed by 38 percent and 20 percent who work from a bed facility and outdoor set up respectively. The least percent of the respondents were 19 percent who said they developed a habit of working from a closet.
The recent survey also found out that the major share of the respondents developed pain and a sense of discomfort with the Work From Home module as there were no proper facilities at their residence. There are differences in the pain developed by the employees in the module. The percentage of employees who had pain once a week is 81 percent, while 51 percent of people developed pain every day.
The survey also found out that the employees developed pain at particular body parts like the back, neck, shoulders, and wrists. The respondents of the survey belong to various fields and designations like HR, finance, and accounting. With the work from home module, the employees had a tough time with the pets and children causing troubles stopping them from working freely.
