Ex-Crickter's Son Engaged In the lap of Mother Ganges!

Contrary to this, Cricketer-turned-politcian's son preferred the holy site for the engagement ceremony and grabbed everyone's attention. Navjot Singh Sidhu's son Karan Sidhu and Inayat Randhawa exchanged promised bands in River Ganges on the auspicious day of Durga-Ashtami day.
Navjot Singh Sidhu took to social media to share the happy news and shared family pictures on the occasion. He said that his son honoured the most cherished desire of his beloved mother and started a new beginning.
The Cricketer-turned-politician also introduced the would-be daughter-in-law of the Sindhu family, Inayat Randhawa. Wishes are pouring in for the couple and a few netizens are hailing the couple for exchanging the promise bands in the lap of Goddess Ganges.
"The son honours the most cherished desire of his beloved mother.. On this auspicious Durga-Ashtami day in the lap of mother Ganges , a new beginning , introducing our would be daughter in law Inayat Randhawa . They exchanged promise bands," Navjot Singh Sidhu said on Twitter.
Navjot Singh Sidhu is a veteran cricketer who represented India at the international level. After a glorious cricket career, Sihdu ventured into politics and served as the MP from Punjab. He was even made the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee president.
Sidhu was released from the Patiala Jail earlier in April. He was sent to jail in connection with a road mishap case. He and his friend assaulted a man back in 1988 and hearing a case the court awarded him a jail term.
