These Four Aspects Became Minus For Bandi Sanjay?

It's been a couple of days since the Telangana BJP chief was changed. However, the intensity around the issue is not over. Hot hot debates are going on among the party leaders on the change in party chief. A debate is going on about the reasons for changing Bandi Sanjay. It is said that there are four reasons for this. Failing to make the party strong at the root level and unable to find strong leaders in the constituencies.
Unable to bring the leaders from the other parties and not able to go along with the seniors in the party. It is being reported that the four issues became negative to Bandi Sanjay Kumar. The party should be very strong at the root level to come to power in the next elections. Apart from targeting the KCR family, no focus was kept on membership enrollment in the 119 constituencies, setting up booth committees, and forming village and district committees in the constituencies.
The party leaders often say that they will come to power all the time. But the leaders were not found in the 119 constituencies. Leaders were also not groomed. As per the party circles, there are no strong leaders in more than 40 constituencies. For this, a plan was made to invite strong leaders from other parties and make them run the polls. But the program did not work out. Due to the lack of coordination between the seniors, leaders in other parties are not showing interest in joining the BJP.
Finally, seniors in the party like Etela Rajender, Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy, Jitender Reddy, Vijayashanti, Indrasena Reddy, and others are said to be having issues with Bandi Sanjay. Due to this, a revolt started against him in his own district Karimnagar. The revolt that started in Karimnagar was spread to the Hyderabad district party. Unable to get along with the seniors in the party will be an issue to everyone no matter who is the chief. However, it would have been different if he would have gotten along with at least a few seniors. Union Minister Kishan Reddy became the party chief a few months ahead of the elections. We have to wait and see what he can do.
