Nandamuri Balakrishna's two days tour of Hindupur constituency began Today. While addressing the gathering, He said: 'The affection of Hindupur People ensures my well-being. I am a straight-forward person. People will have faith on Leaders who serve them. I will offer my life if I trust somebody'.

Much to his shock, Slogans have been raised against Balakrishna when he came back to Hindupur after a long gap and people even demanded him to resign as MLA. People of C Venkatapuram, Obulapuram and Galibipally have been facing difficulties during the rainy season due to the lack of CC Roads. Locals stopped the vehicle of Balayya at Galibipalli Cross Roads. Upon hearing the complaints, The MLA assured that a decision would be taken after holding talks with Officials.

Later, People of C Venkatapuram, Obulapuram and Bhisalamanepally decided to bring to the notice of Local MLA about lack of Highway. However, Balakrishna left the place without speaking to them. Annoyed with it, People raised the slogan, 'MLA Balayya Down Down...MLA who doesn't bother about the plight of people has to Resign'. Thereafter, A raasta roko has been staged by them. Finally, Cops cleared the traffic after pacifying the protesters.

Balayya took part in few development programmes in Hindupur during Today's Tour. Inauguration of Regional Transport Office costing Rs 1.5 crore happened Today. Later, Balayya laid foundation stone for Market Yard which is planned with an estimated budget of Rs 20 crore.
