Hyd Casino:After Industry Links,ED Says Possible Political Angle!

The central agency Enforcement Directorate is making big noise across the nation with back-to-back raids and attacks. The constant attacks had raised the political heat in national politics. Spreading its wings, the ED is showing its power in the south as well. Earlier this week, the ED unearthed a stunning racket.
Recently, the ED started focusing on the Casino and the hawala angle. As part of this, the ED grabbed Chikoti Praveen and others and raised their residences and other premises in connection with the Casino row which is believed to have links in Nepal too.
As the investigation officers started digging deeper into the row, more and more details are coming out. Earlier, it was reported that a few actresses in Telugu and Bollywood were reportedly roped in to promote the casino activities and they received lakhs of rupees as their remuneration.
If the media reports are to be believed, the issue took a political turn as the officials of the Directorate of Enforcement reportedly lapped notices to three MLAs and one ex-MLA in connection with the case. The notices were sent based on the statement Chikoti Praveen gave during the investigation.
As the ED is reportedly satisfied with the evidence they got which says few transactions happened between Chikoti Praveen and the MLAs and former MLA, the ED wants to focus on the angle and the summons were issued.
Though the names of the accused legislators are not known yet, it is interesting to know who they are. On the other hand, many names are being surfaced in connection with the case. It is also said that the MLAs and ex-MLA are likely to be from Telangana.
The alleged development is a big one as far as the case is concerned. When the reports say that a few members of the entertainment industry might be involved in the case everyone wondered. Now the political row has also been unearthed by the ED officials.
As if the twists are not enough, earlier Chikoti Praveen alleged that he has a life threat and wants protection, Through his lawyer, Chikoti Praveen told the same to the court and the court is yet to take a call on this.
