Hyderabad Bags Second Place In top 30 high streets in India!

Now Hyderabad achieved another big thing as it came second in the rankings of high streets(costliest streets) in India. After examining as many as 30 cities, the list was prepared. Various parameters were considered in making the report and ranking the cities.
Knight Frank India prepared the report named 'Think India, Think Retail 2023 - High Street Real Estate Outlook,' in association with Phygital Retail Convention, 2023. Various cities across the states were examined for this.
The report said that there is a total retail area of 18 lakh square feet. The rent of retail areas in these arrears ranges from Rs 110 to Rs 230 based on the area. Hyderabad also has high street areas in Banjara Hills and Gachibowli and many global brands and designer brands have outlets here.
Giving a clear picture of the retail area in the city, the reports said that the market is looking promising and the real estate developers are also showing interest in constructing the commercial spaces seeing the growing demand. "The outlook for the city retail market is promising with more malls coming up. The real estate developers are keen to construct commercial spaces due to high demand in the city," the report said.
