Graduate MLC Polls: Inactive Khammam Cadre worries KCR

CM KCR is said to have taken a serious view of the inaction of the TRS workers and leaders of Khammam district in enrolling the Graduate voters for the upcoming MLC election. The TRS in Khammam is a fully divided house with each leader pulling in one's own direction. Not knowing who will get the ticket, almost every faction is waiting for the announcement of the candidate. . As a result, the voter enrolment has become a non-starter in the district.
However, both KCR and KTR are very particular that the party should win the graduate MLC election.They feel that the party has to dispel the notion that the party is losing support among the educated and unemployed sections. The TRS could not win any seat among the Graduates MLC seats. In The Mahabubnagar-Hyderabad-Rangareddy constituency, BJP's Ramachandra Rao won, while Congress senior Jeevan Reddy won from another seat.
The TRS badly wants a victory in the graduates constituency to dispel the notion that the youth and the unemployed people are against it. But, the inactivity of the TRS cadre and leaders in Khammam is turning out to be a big embarrassment for the top brass.
