Is Sujana Chowdary planning to contest as TDP candidate from Vijayawada?

Vijayawada is agog with the buzz that industrialist-politician Sujana Chowdary is planning to return to the TDP and contest from Vijayawada Lok Sabha seat. Sources say that Sujana has sent his emissaries to Chandrababu Naidu to formalize the arrangement. Sources also reveal that he has contacted Lokesh Babu on this issue.
Sujana has always been a TDP backer and had been its financier during the tough times. But, post-2019 defeat of the TDP, he joined the BJP along with two other MPs. There was a buzz that it was Chandrababu Naidu who sent his men into the BJP so as to influence the policy and decisions in the BJP. Interestingly, the TDP did not even bother to seek the disqualification of the three MPs for defecting to another party.
But now that his term has expired and he is no longer the Rajya Sabha MP, Sujana reportedly wants to come back to the TDP. He has reportedly sent feelers to the TDP boss and his son. If sources are to be believed, he is said to have offered to bear the election expenditure of the whole of Krishna district for the party.
Meanwhile, there is said to be anger at Sujana's two-timing in the BJP. The party is upset that the former MP has taken the BJP for a ride. He has used the BJP for his own advantage and also for the benefit of the TDP. Now that his term has expired, he is said to be planning to going back to the TDP.
